Well my daughter had been asking for a tea party for a few weeks now and I finally gave in. She invited 3 of her friends and we set up for a princess tea party for 4. She was very involved in the planning and purchasing of items because I really wanted her to see what it takes to put an event together and really appreciate it all. The girls had a blast!!
I found these great placemats, They look like grass with little flowers on them which you can reposition as needed. A set of 4 was only $14.59, link HERE!!
The tea set was all white but had butterfly designs on it. It came with 4 cups and saucers, 4 spoons with cup rests, a treat/snack display, teapot with lid, sugar cup with lid and a creamer cup. The set runs around $50, but its not kid size so you can use it for another occasion. Link HERE!!
I had white dessert plates, cups and napkins with pink flowers on them from the Nicole Home Collection and added solid pink dinner plates.
I got each of the girls tiaras and pearls to go with the theme.

I had a large bowl of scented acorns on the counter already, in order to add some color I put in some pink Christmas balls I had leftover from when we decorated the tree. I also took a pink vase and put some pink Christmas balls in there. It added a really nice touch to it all.Lastly, I picked up some pink hydrangeas and had candles on the table.
For food, I had the following: macarons, small cake bites, assorted cookies, white and yellow cheddar, pepperoni slices and ritz crackers. I picked up Tazo Iced Passion tea and served it lukewarm for the girls.
